Carrera Package

In this package, everything is done for you. After an initial information-gathering meeting, I take care of all details involved with the sale of your vehicle. All you need to do is keep your vehicle licensed and insured until the selling process is complete.

You won’t have to put up with the time-consuming hassles, the long hours and tired muscles of detailing your car, the haggling, the time wasting, the hustlers, the waiting for people who never show up, and the unease of meeting with strangers and sharing personal contact information. I am your AUTO CONCIERGE and I am here to serve you!

Includes:

  • Inspection and Market Research to determine selling price of your vehicle Value — $150.00
  • Thorough inspection of your car to determine market price and to inform you of any potential issue that might affect the sale of the car. The client can choose to address any issues before listing the car, or disclose to potential buyers. (*Note: I am not a service technician and strongly recommend getting the mechanical aspects of the car inspected by an ASE qualified service technician before selling. This eliminates any surprises, especially if the prospective buyer decides to get it inspected him or herself. I can arrange for inspection for an additional charge.) To get top-dollar for your vehicle, I recommend that we address any issues prior to listing.
  • Complete detailing of your car Value — $245.00 — Includes clean and dress interior, exterior hand washing, polishing, waxing, engine cleaning and degreasing; rims and tires cleaned and dressed to ready it for sale.
  • Arrange for any repairs, scheduled maintenance, ASE certified inspection, oil changes, body repairs etc. if needed Value – $150.00
    I will pick your vehicle up, leaving you a loaner if needed, deliver your vehicle to the service facility, communicate with the technician to ensure a proper repair, communicate to you the issue and the cost to repair and return the vehicle back to your location. These services are all completed with trusted service facilities I already have a relationship with. The costs of the repairs are NOT included in the package price.
  • Prepare a professional quality ad Value – $125.00
    This includes taking, downloading, and uploading photos into ads; writing a sales-oriented description, and crafting a professional advertisement.
  • Provide a Car Fax report for potential buyers Value – $34.99
    This is important as it shows the potential buyer the history of ownership of the vehicle, any service records, and if it was involved in any accidents. It goes a long way in fostering trust with potential buyers. Ads that have the free Carfax report attract more interest and often result in quicker sales than those that do not.
  • Advertising your vehicle on several sites and using other media when needed Value – average cost of $74.32
    I use a range of effective local and national sites, depending upon the type of vehicle. I will give you regular updates to keep you posted on the sales progress.
  • Field all inquiries and screen potential buyers Value – can go from $50.00 to $100’s
    I interact with buyers; I deal with all texts, emails, and phone calls. I sort out the low bidders and potential scammers; this saves you both time and aggravation.
  • Arrange for potential buyers to look at the vehicle Value – $150.00
    This frees you from spending countless hours meeting strangers in various locations, hoping they show up. It also eliminates the need for you to meet with people you know nothing about.
  • Negotiation of sale price. Value – $25.00
    I work to get you maximum dollar for your vehicle. I negotiate the price for you, using the asking price parameters you set. You determine the acceptable minimum sale price.
  • Arrange pickup and delivery of your car, receipt of payment, transfer of title Value – $50.00
    Most times, after a buyer decides to purchase—we must arrange another meeting for acceptance of payment and/or for the buyer to secure financing, transfer of title, and receipt of transaction. I will also personally deliver your payment or arrange for you to meet with myself and the buyer at the bank for proper clearance of funds.

The values listed are based on my hourly rate and the estimated time involved. Other than an initial discussion on the phone or in person, all that will be required from you is to accept payment for your vehicle! My job is to make this as easy and carefree as possible for you. As desired, I will either present you with all reasonable offers—or stay within the boundaries of price you set. While top dollar often involves more time needed to sell, we work together to determine an acceptable time limit—one that you feel comfortable with. If I cannot sell it in the agreed upon time frame, I will only ask for reimbursement of the detailing and Carfax report. Ideally, I will take possession of the car to sell but I do understand that sometimes that isn’t feasible if you haven’t purchased a replacement and will work with you to make it as convenient for you as possible.

Vantage Package

Just about everything is done for you in this package. It will be up to you to handle the detailing of your vehicle and Carfax report. I will take care of all details involved with the sale of your vehicle after getting together with you to collect some initial information. Please be sure to keep your vehicle licensed and insured until the selling process is complete.
